This beautiful half-day retreat in the countryside is for you if you feel a bit bogged down or burnt out and need some time for you to feel nurtured and re-charged.
The morning includes a generous yoga class ~ a revitalising gentle yoga flow, alongside some tranquil meditation, and a soothing, releasing Savasana.
After a meditation, we enjoy some guided journalling giving you time to help you understand and connect with yourself leaving you feeling full of clarity.
We'll then have a break with some refreshments and delicious cakes before melting into the mat again and indulging in delicious restorative poses and a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra.
