Restorative Yoga does what is says on the tin. Helps you restore. You'll use blankets, blocks and bolsters (big yoga pillows) to create a cocoon of comfort, cosiness and calm. Prepare yourself for deep relaxation.
If you're a beginner, have an injury, or if you'd prefer a gentler class.Gentle stretching with the breath to slowly open the body. We always include guided relaxation and you will receive lots of support along the way.
