After the huge success of our first Yoga with Meg Members Social, I'm thrilled we'll be hosting another one - this time with a calmer theme - a meditation workshop - as so many of you tell me you'd like to learn more about it.

Breakfast & Meditation Workshop
We'll enjoy a yummy breakfast followed by a fascinating meditation workshop led by Helen Bolger, a dear family friend and very early adopter of meditation. She'll be lovingly teaching us all about meditation, guiding us through our practice and will help us leave feeling calmer, more grounded and happier.
We'll enjoy brunch from the set menu (£12/head) including coffee, juice & a main breakfast
