We are open with a hybrid of in-person & online classes, to give you loads of flexibility as promised. We’ve got a beautiful new temporary yoga home too.

At Yoga with Meg you can expect nurturing, friendly yoga classes to help you to switch off, become less stressed & more flexible & build a better relationship with your body.
We believe you deserve some time to learn to nurture your body, your mind & your soul. We create a special safe haven in our classes using essential oils, fairy lights & the most tranquil music. Our instructors will lovingly guide you using the tools of meditation, mindful movement, gratitude practices & relaxations for the ultimate holistic yoga experience.
